You are right GB94, Bowl Subdivision 'dead period' ends at midnight on the 11th. Thursday is the first day of the next 'contact period'.

This is incorrect. The NCAA website has a recruiting calandar for 2016-2017 and the dead period runs through the 11th.

Justin implied that the wavering was on UO's end because the Gaddy twins take up two visits and aren't necessarily the best bets for commitments. Limited visits means plans for tripping them are in flux.

He is actually one of the least knowledgeable posters on that entire board, he overplays his connections to Oregon HS football, he is a terrible evaluator of talent, yet has somehow convinced everyone over there that he is God.
