Outside of George Uko, and Ricky Heimuli,

Post by woundedknees »

Who both appear to be long shots for the Ducks, at best, what DT is showing mutual interest with the Ducks?

I know Sione Potoae (Currently commited to UW) has shown some interest, and there is a 4 star named Jeffrey Whitaker, out of Warner Robins, Georgia. Jatashun Beachum at one time had the Ducks tied for his affections with Kansas... He apparently commited to Arkansas over the weekend.

Who else is actually a viable possibility?

With Justin Brown not making it in, this position is definitely one of the critical areas to recruti for over ther next 2 cycles.

What prospect gets you excited, Duck fans?

Bjoern Werner is like the German version of Igor. The Ducks are very interested in him and, at least last I read, the Ducks have as good a shot as anyone at him and should get a visit.

I like the sounds of that. I'm sure what we did with Igor will help our cause with Werner.
