I've been talking with some close relatives of his and I've heard that he is wanting to get out of the state of Oregon. Sounds like Oregon is our of it, but you never know.

Not surprising. Oregon bballers almost never stay in state. Maybe if we were more of a power but even then I don't know if it would be enough.

I don't think Kent will pull in that great of a class this year since the talent isn't as great as in years past. It also doesn't help when you lose out on the top recruits in the state.

i agree, i think we're putting more focus into 2011. we may even decide to save 1 or 2 of the schollies that we could give out to 2010 to try to even out the classes more

Jones is considering Kentucky, Oregon, UCLA, Washington and Oklahoma; after recently eliminating the Kansas Jayhawks from consideration.

He's also coming to the Oregon/USC game from what I've heard.
