Sorrells and Funa get crystal balls to Oregon

Post by UOducksTK1 »

I'm not a big fan of the crystal balls, cuz they change like a hot potato. However, I think it's fair to say that Oregon is a top school for both Sorrells and Funa.

Their spring game visit will be most interesting.

I think we're in it for both guys, and maybe even lead. But that person who is making those picks is one of the worst crystal ballers I've seen on 247. He pretty much crystals everybody to the Ducks. He makes 5 picks ever single day seems like. He's a slutty predictor. He's messed around with every recruit on the West Coast and too many in Florida too.

J Hop made five predictions today and both Funa and Sorrells are on it. He gave Funa high confidence and Sorrells medium interest.

FYI you don't need to be a subscriber to see this. Go to the site, under recruiting there's a drop-down for predictions, click that.

Hope this helps!

He goes by whatever the staff tells him and how they feel. Sometimes the kids are telling the staff different things than what they're doing...

While I agree Mr. JHop misses too often, especially this year...

Particularly with the Devon Williams situation, he told the Oregon staff he was coming multiple times..

One of the guys who does Twitter edits for recruits said he did an Oregon one for Williams before needing to do one for his USC commitment.

If I was a recruitinik, and the Oregon coaches kept telling me it was a done deal, I'd put in a prediction too. In the D. Williams case, you can't pin too much blame on Jhop.

JHop does really get info from the coaches' mouth. There was a time in early to mid-January were he was way too optimistic and thought we would get everyone and maybe that's what the kids were telling the staff. The staff also learned a lot from the end of the last cycle, which is why you've already seen a lot of changes to their methods.
