Interview w/ Bru McCoy's mom

Post by greenyellow »

ScoopDuck has an ongoing series of interviews with parents of Duck recruits and this week it was Bru McCoy's mom. With him at Mater Dei, many think he's an SC lock but his mom talked heavily about the close family connections to Oregon, which may keep the Ducks in it until the end.

Nice to have a family connection in Oregon. That's surely a plus!

in past years we have lost recruits because of mom's not wanting their kids
to go away, or not being comfortable with the coaches. This staff to me seems
like the family atmosphere plays a huge part. Showing that they care about the
recruits future at Oregon.
It just looks like a better vibe and we will win some of those.

I'm sure there are a few recruits who miss the old vibe
