Trovon Reed: "Loudest crowd I've ever heard" from DT
Great writeup on Trovon Reed from Duck Territory!
http://duckterritory.com/football/footb ... ver-heardq
Notable quote...thanks DT for their efforts!
"That was the loudest crowd I have ever been in so far. They were smaller but louder. It was crazy. I mean I ain't going to say Oregon is on top, they definitely not on the bottom either. They impressed me a lot, they really showed me what they are all about. They played really good too. The receivers were good also. They didn't really have any breakaways, but they did their job and were effective."
GO DUCKS!!

Nothing but really good things to say about the whole experience, that is great. Well I guess we will hear next Friday whether he is a Duck or not, good to hear his dad made it out as well and he wants to get out of the south, saying distance doesn't matter!

Well it is awesome he had a good time!
With that being said, it sure seems like the Ducks are destined to be the first or second loser on the Trovon Reed Sweepstakes. LSU, Auburn or Tennessee will get the commitment with that Oregon hat still left on the table. Hopefully he will continue saying nice things about us to his buddies and teammates down in Florida and at camps. Never know though. He would be dynamite in this style offense (can you imagine the speed on offense in a couple years with Thomas, Barner, LMJ, Grant, and Reed?). Hope we get lucky!

Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."

I've heard it's basically down to Oregon and Auburn. Although Auburn is the favorite.

Reed is delaying his decision. Rumors that he is waiting for Seastrunk to visit Oregon.
