Why do people think he signed with Georgia? Is it just because of his "feels good to be a" tweet? Or is it something else?

Dude, he’s wearing an Oregon duck shirt and literally said, “It’s home for me...” Either he isn’t that concerned about keeping it secret or he is going waaaaaay out of his way to trick everyone. And he seemed pretty genuine in that interview so I’m leaning toward the former.

He said he grew up in the Northwest. I don't think it has anything to do with where he is going to school.

FWIW, there haven't been any CB predictions added to his 247 since before Thanksgiving so that 92% prediction to UGA might not be up to date

Yeah, Ringo grew up in Tacoma. So him saying the NW is home is nothing too exciting. My favorite straw to grasp at is the Oregon shirt.

If I was trying to be hopeful, I would surmise that he didn't expect a video interview today since he is not committing, but he wanted to wear the shirt because all his teammates are repping their new schools. Like the kid sitting next to Flowe who had Fresno State stuff on. Perhaps it's only a 'secret' nationally, not at his school?
