2020 4* WR Franklin sets commit date
2020 4* WR Troy Franklin will be announcing his commitment this Friday at 6 PM. Could be good news for Oregon as he's been trending heavily towards the Ducks the last few weeks.

The overall ranking of the class has always been a less important measure than the average rank per recruit.
