nearly 11ppg in 18mpg? His percentages are up from last year, and he hasn't had more than 3 fouls in any games this year... He needs to be playing more, good job Ernie.

Notice his highest 3 totals in minutes have come in the last 3 games when he's actually begun to play decently well? He didn't really earn a lot of playing time early on, plus with his injuries and some blowouts he was either being eased back in, missing minutes due to injury which lower those mpg, or just not needed the entire game.

well after watching the last two games against the Washington schools. I would say YES he needs to play a lot more. He played so smart tonight also not letting the fuskies get him into foul trouble.

It was so sweet late in the game when he got fouled and still slammed it home. It's nice to be able to do that to teams instead of always having them do it to us!!

Dunigan is definitely getting utilized to his potential! Well done coaches.

It also seems like he's hustling more and putting more effort. I'm sure being 100% healthy helps a lot.

Like me & Brich75 were saying, he's finally playing with some attitude. This pic is perfect example:

We are 0-2 this season without Dunigan. And in our loss against Missouri, he only shot the ball twice and only had 2 points.

We are clearly a better team with him in the picture and involved in our offense. Makes me think that those losses may not have happened had Dunigan been playing.

He didn't play in several of the early games because he was having some upper leg injury issues. Kent then didn't play him once he came back since he didn't want Dunigan reinjuring himself.

I was just thinking that this morning. While a 40 point loss is never excusable, Dunigan not contribing is a big part of why we lost. Same with other losses, he was either out or not playing any kind of role in out offense.

I'm not blaming Kent or anyone else. I'm just saying, if he was 100% healthy and playing quality minutes, I think we could have 2 losses instead of 4.
