They didn't hit their first 3 until the fourth but by then they had taken a small half-time lead and taken it into the teens.

65-53 final.

Good for them to finally get their first conference win. The conference did them no favors with scheduling the first two weeks of conference play.

The whole conference schedule is as bad as you can get. They play 4 of the 5 lowest ranked teams just once this season and all the highest ranked teams twice. A tough schedule for a team left with only 1 perimeter scorer.
