What are realistic expectations for this year? Especially coming off a near World Series appearance..

I honestly have no clue with how much of their offense they're having to replace. Got a little more faith in the pitching with Ayon and Gordon back along with all the young guys that have more experience now.

It will be interesting to see how new pitching coach Blake Hawksworth handles the pitchers. Jake Angier (who Hawksworth replaced) I don't think was aggressive enough with his guys on their approach to batters, but maybe that was due to the ability of his pitchers.
An improvement in pitching will go well towards an even better year.

I think that was a big issue this past year when he had so few experienced guys and so many FR. Hawksworth being a former MLB pitcher will likely approach things a little differently.
