There may be a pretty good chance this thing doesn't even get to the jury. The defense is going (and I think already has) to be petitioning to dismiss due to multiple instances of prosecutorial misconduct. If even a couple of those allegations are accepted by the court then I don't see this getting to the jury trial. My non expert legal analysis.

The uni-polar world order is over and while some of these things are all clearly wrong, they are also the direct result of years of prior rot and there's going to be a mixed-bag of results from all of it. Recognizing that kind of shift in the world order is good, how we're going about it seems largely wrong so far but I'm not eager to argue the details or even whether saving that uni-polar world is possible or worth it.

Ultimately I blame the Democratic party for going so far to the Center on all but the most extreme (and ineffective) "culture-war" stuff more than I do a bunch of working class types who don't have the time (or care) to read political and economic theory to understand the nuance of decisions and actions. Much like I wasn't hopeful that his election last time would see serious change from the Dem's, I still don't see that kind of inward reflection happening. Further, why would any decent person want to run for office when you come to terms with how broken it is? Did you really have to type all of that out?

Most of this is just repeated legacy media's talking points, whose main interest is to uphold traditional "institutions" that are rife with corruption and unaccountable bureaucracy. Additionally, legacy media/press outlets have lied so many times to protect the sacred institutions and to destroy "orange man" that there's probably a pretty good chance that a lot of the allegations from anonymous sources will turn out to be wrong.

If you actually did the due diligence of learning what the FBI has done the last 8 years and knew Kash Patel's leading role in exposing corruption at the highest levels of the FBI, you would be ecstatic for him to lead the FBI. Fortunately, because of evidence uncovered by Kash Patel, we know today that McCabe fraudulently opened a FBI investigation against a sitting president on grounds he knew were completely fabricated.

DEI hiring practices will inevitably lead to lower quality. That's factual. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that the woman on the plane was promoted due to DEI qualifications. Either way, we need to reverse any promotions / hires that were made on the basis of race / quotas.

These IG's were mostly hand-picked during Obama admin. There is no such thing as nonpartisan. The new administration has been given the mandate to replace them. Most of the IG's serve to protect the institution as opposed to reveal the true underlying corruption. For example, IG Horowitz excluded a bunch of damning details about the DOJ and FBI in his 2019 report about Russiagate. He should be fired next.

No thanks. Americans aren't interested in funding the CIA's covert foreign operations through NGO's. This only serves to create more enemies when we inevitably try to overthrow those foreign governments (see Middle East, Russia, Columbia, etc...). Additionally, recent discoveries by DOGE have demonstrated wanton waste and abuse of funds through NGO's to fund social programs within other countries, through the USAID. That's insanity. No thanks. Lovely to see the exposure. We are all paying for this so we should know what's going on.

The highest level officials for the NIH did the following:
(1) helped to fund gain-of-function research against multiple warnings of the dangers involved
(2) actively withheld information that would have revealed true origins of COVID
(3) propped up a fraudulent study ("Proximal Origins") as evidence that this the virus was natural in its origins, when private emails reveal that they new otherwise
(4) actively conspired to destroy any doctors that advocated for common-sense public health responses (Great Barrington Declaration) that did not entail extreme lockdowns and mandates.

CDC pushed pseudo-scientific mandates on Americans for 2 years, and enacted such measures that were later overturned by SCOTUS. Mandating masks to stop a microscopic virus? Unreal.

These institutions need an overhaul from the ground-up.

USAID was initiated by JFK via executive order, so what makes you think another executive order can't undo it? Anyway, it sounds like it isn't being shuttered so much as absorbed into the State Department. I do think it is interesting how Democrats are screaming like stuck pigs over this. I am very thankful that President Trump let those people out. It is probably too much to hope that the perpetrators of this mass crime on American citizenry will face any kind of accountability, but at least many are losing their jobs.
