17-7 at half doesn’t sound like anybody is thrashing anybody?

Disappointed in Navy not making it a game with Notre Dame. Just a big mismatch with the ND OL against tht Navy DL, which is often the case with the academies.

I wondered how legit Vandy was this year even with beating Bama but regardless of the outcome Vandy is clearly a top 25 team.

Dang, I picked Michigan State and really thought they’d win in the Big House. Too many mistakes by MSU, plus I was not impressed with MSU coaching at all, playcalling felt pretty weak and timid after the first two drives.

Welp, unusual kicking mistakes and not having an answer for the change at QB killed us. Oh well! Time to lick our wounds and rest up for Bama in two weeks

Texas A&M is a bizarre team. They're this late into the season and don't know who their QB is. The QB they put in seems like a 1 hit wonder. Teams will figure out how to stop him and Texas A&M will be irrelevant again. I was looking at the Texas A&M schedule along with the Texas schedule. They both really haven't played anyone. Georgia is legit but Texas lost.

I'd take Georgia State to beat them.

Some of the southeastern conference teams are really getting away with weak schedules. A&M has a dream schedule. I think we all assume each team plays juggernauts each week but that's just so far from the truth.

Wondering if some Michigan players will be suspended for the Oregon game.

Also, anyone see that weird Cal TD against OSU today? RB getting tackled flips it backward to the QB for a rushing TD. I'm shocked it wasn't reviewed, sure looks like the RB was on the ground but nobody said anything about it.
Willie Taggart is a dick.

Moore doesn’t seem like the type to suspend players. Michigan is a very undisciplined team.

If you are talking about the “kneel down” fight, I didn’t see much there, end of the game between instate rivals puffing their chests out, and a helmet grab. Certainly not like the tunnel brawl.

From the way it looks, there might be four or more playoff-elimination games.

(17) Boise State @ UNLV
With the winner of the American as their primary competition for the G5 playoff spot, Boise State could put some distance between themselves and Army/Navy, or UNLV could re-enter the conversation. If UNLV wins out, I think they're in, but whoever loses here has two losses and is probably out.

(12) Notre Dame @ (25) Navy
Both teams could realistically lose their spot by losing this game and dropping in the rankings. ND will be favored but they haven't looked great and it's on the road.

(21) Missouri @ (15) Alabama
Missouri with two losses probably doesn't make the playoffs and one has to think Alabama with three losses is in a position where they have to pray for chaos ahead of them.

(8) LSU @ (14) Texas A&M
Both teams have preseason losses that don't look great. Another loss is going to put either in a tough position that may not be surmountable.

You could also make the case that Pitt-Syracuse and Duke-SMU are elimination games, as well, as one is undefeated but ranked low and the rest are one-loss teams with outside shots to win the ACC.
Outcomes:

Boise State is firmly in the playoff discussion, while UNLV would need a few breaks to make the championship game and then likely beat Boise on the road.

Notre Dame is firmly in the playoffs as of now with Army and USC still on the schedule. Navy is effectively eliminated barring chaos.

Missouri is out. Alabama is on the fringe with a game versus LSU to likely eliminate one of the two.

While LSU needs to win out, the question is whether A&M does, too. Their schedule is pretty easy but they do have a game at Texas to end the year. If they lose that, they'll be 1-2 against top 15 teams on the season, which doesn't sound playoff-worthy but we all know the Southeastern Conference gets every break.

Pitt kept themselves in it, Syracuse is out. Same goes for SMU staying alive but Duke is gone with their second loss.
