Georgia wins in 8 OT. Georgia Tech had many chances to win and blew it with some awful playcalls.

You were saying?
i didn't think it would be this difficult to get 2 points lol. But GT needed to convert 1 to win. why not at that point.

If this game shows anything it's that the top of the SEC is not the top of college football. They don't deserve 3 teams in the playoffs

you have to fill the playoff with some team... it's not like there are better teams than what the sec has to offer that are being left out.

this is what you guys get for wanting 12 teams in a playoff

It was a great game, although the refs did kind of ruin it with some obvious holds on UGA where they converted towards the end.

Except for the team in stripes. Home cookin' southern style. Georgia got away with multiple holds that were not called in the fourth quarter, but especially in the overtimes.

You don't think so? I honestly think teams like Kansas state or Colorado could go toe to toe with Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee

Depending if everyone else in the Top-5 wins, I could see an 11-1 Notre Dame at #5 and Ohio State #6, but I don't see the Ducks falling past #5 if they lose next week. Notre Dame would have no conference championship game and a horrible loss, where Oregon's only loss would be to Ohio State - who they also beat earlier in the year.

I hate the thought of an Oregon vs OSU semifinal game.

So we likely will play Penn State after the Buckeyes loss.

Also who do we want from Ohio State once Day gets fired? I imagine they promote Brian Hartline from WR coach.

Oh I wish Georgia had lost to see what the playoff committee would've done with this mess
