Ohio rep introduces act that makes flag planting a felony

I knew this representative's political party even before I looked it up....

I agree, proposing making something a felony via legislation is a total rookie move. A democrat would already know three felonies from the U.S. Code to charge the flag-planter with, and if that didn't work, they could just accuse him of trying to destroy democracy or something.
