HUGE win!

After this win, Oregon is right on the line for hosting a regional. Keep playing hard!

Oregon is now at #21 in RPI. They need to get in the teens to even be considered. I think they could drop this series but win 2 of 3 against USC to get there.

Oregon gives up a HR and RBI double in the B6 but still lead 6-3.

Devin Bell comes in the game in the B7 to limit UCLA to one run. Now 6-4 Oregon entering the T8.

And Oregon's bullpen chokes the lead away after Bradley lets up a grand slam in the B8. Now 9-6 Bruins.

Oregon came an inning away from winning the series but the bullpen decided to lay a dud in the 8th. Still not bad coming away with one win on this road trip. They really have to win the series against USC if they want a chance at hosting a regional.

I knew when we went up 6-1 in the 4th, it was too early… oh well, good series by the ducks!

Wining a game in this series was an accomplishment, especially with this team. But the value of a reliable bullpen was on full display today.

Even with the loss today, Oregon moved up from #21 to #19 in the RPI. Get two wins against USC and they'll be in the mix for hosting a regional. It's really doable as the Trojans are only 9-11 on the road this season.

If ducks win usc series and do solid in Big Ten tournament, I think ducks will host a regional.

While I didn’t expect a win, did it hurt anyone else after seeing how classless UCLA was? That baseball team does not know how to keep their mouths shut. Made me extra bummed our bullpen threw the game away.
