Our LB’s are below average and while Boettcher is a fun player he isn’t starting quality. Just send one lineman downfield and he’s completely taken out. I’m very disappointed our coaching staff didn’t do more to upgrade the LB room in the offseason.
We haven't had a good linebacker playing for us since Noah Sewell.

Yeh I was thinking what to post about the LBs. They seem to lack instinct that many previous LBs have brought to our games.

Not just the instincts but the athleticism. For guys like Mixon and Boettcher they have to have great instincts to diagnose a play extremely quickly cause with their lack of speed if they don’t diagnose a play quickly they won’t be able to make a play on the ball.

Jackson has the athleticism he just hasn’t been able to properly diagnose plays this year for some reason. Not sure if it’s his mom’s cancer diagnosis or his injury but he hasn’t been himself.

At a certain point I think Tosh will have to play Platt and Williams more. They will make rookie mistakes but their ceiling is much higher.

While Oregon's lead going into half time looks insurmountable I am still nervous. The Wisconsin defense might score.

Will Stein is an idiot. Why are we running with Dante?

Dante is not a big threat to run. Stein, of course, chooses to treat him like he's Jeremiah Masoli, with predictable results. Just brutal.

Because he’s running out of play calls to appease the fan base. Everything he tries is apparently incorrect. Moore kept the ball on read option. Can’t expect him to never hold on to it in a tight game.

I overreact, but I still don’t like the idea of letting Moore run the ball unless it is wide open. Like another poster said, he ain’t Masoli.

Less chance of a fumbled handoff I'm guessing. On that 99 yard drive once they were in field goal range I think they were very concerned about not having a turnover. When they showed ground level shots you could see the rain was blowing sideways. Other than showing the drenched cheerleaders they aren't showing flags or many ground level shots to really show the conditions. From the high view it often looks like a calm day.
