Preseason means just about nothing, although Oden appears to be doing well.

Should we start Oden or does he seem to play better coming off bench?

Can't believe the season starts tomorrow!

Bummer about Batum. He should have had that shoulder taken care of a long time ago.

Didn't watch the game but that stat line for Oden looked pretty bad. When I looked he had 10 boards, 7 turn overs and no points....

You forgot to include the 5 blocks.

But yeah, Oden needs big time work still on the offensive side.

The Blazers looked ok in stretches, but overall that kind of effort won't beat many good teams. The Rockets are a joke this year.

Wow, the Blazers aren't looking very good. Nobody has been consistent other than Roy. Oden isn't giving them enough minutes because of his foul problems.

Yeah, the Blazers are struggling. I am not overly worried though since I don't think it is anything that won't work itself out over time. Unless these young players have somehow gotten worse since last season, we know they are capable of playing better than they have shown thus far. Just a slight amount of improvement would turn some of these close losses into victories. It does suck to give away these winnable early season games though since it will come back to bite them in the end when playoff positioning is determined.

good road trip so far, first half tonight was ugly. Lets get another one tommorrow and a ducks win. Go blazers
