When I was a boy around here, Even though I made my summer money bucking hay and working in the bean and berry fields, it was normal to figure on at least a couple days of rain a week.

Some of those late August rain storms were miserable.

Yep. Typically, summer in Astoria is about 2 weeks long

If anyone cares, Florida State advanced to the world series. In a huge shocker, TCU advanced over Texas.

The Arizona State series vs. Arkansas was awesome.

I'm going up to seattle to watch the mariners play the cubs next week. Those two games I'm going to sure will be a pitching duels, with two teams who got next to none offense. I'm also kinda looking foward to the nba draft just to see if kp makes any trades on draft day, that's assuming he's still around for it.

Well at least we lost to someone who made it there instead of someone who got blown out in the Super Regional.
