Catron is just taking over the end of the game. I think he's score like the last 7 points.

Is this game as sloppy as the 31 combined turnovers and 41 combined fouls indicate?

On to the CBI Finals against Creighton with a 79-71 win tonight. Catron was an absolute monster late.

Even sloppier.

Basically, Oregon dominated the first 28 minutes of this game (up 20), then Boise figured out they had this tiny little guard who could stroke treys. Not sure why he hadn't played up to that point, but next thing you know we're getting careless with a big lead and they're dropping bombs. Suddenly, it's a 6 point game.

Boise forgot to play D the last few possessions, though, Catron snuck behind the fullcourt D twice in the last 90 seconds for easy dunks. He really did take over late though, everytime we needed a bucket he got us one. Nared seemed to find him a lot, good interior passing tonight.

EJ was great, his shot was clicking from the beginning. Sim was really good, Armstead had himself a nice evening.

I was at the game and the reffing was awful part of the sloppiness was the fact that with the refs calling a lot of ticky tack fouls the game didn't have a lot of flow to it

I know the CBI means nothing beyond giving us more games to grow, but I'm still a little bit excited. Am I alone in this?

When tickets go on sale Friday, at 5PM, I will be hooking up for the Wednesday session at Matt... I guess I am a little excited.

Duck Basketball is fun again!

You know I don't think this tourney means nothing. If UO, a team with a losing record in the Pac-10, wins this thing it just helps the Pac12 next year to get a few more teams in. They say the whole reason the Big East got 11 in is because they are so good at the bottom half of the conf. Well looking at next year we as a conference will have 2 teams in the NIT final 4 and a sweet 16 with another in UW who got hosed by the home town cooking of UNC and UO playing in a CBI title game with what many consider below avg talent. Admit it or not this makes the Pac look better. I hope WSU and CU play for the NIT title also.

I know this run has got me still interested in the team. With it being sort of slow right now, having UO BB to still follow is nice.
