I really want Wilson badly from everything I've heard about the guy, he sounds like our missing piece...so mops if you are hinting what I think you are hinting March 8th can't come soon enough!

Lets go Ernie do what you do best and land this kid!

Mops is definitely good with his info & doesn't usually share stuff unless he's pretty sure of it himself. Obviously with recruiting, no one is 100%, even the recruits themselves aren't but you can usually take Mops info to the bank.

Jamil Wilson To Announce College Choice Sunday Afternoon
By Hoopmasters Staff

Jamil Wilson, a 6-foot-7 forward from Racine (WI) Horlick, has set a press conference for 2:30 p.m. Sunday to announce his college choice.

So that would be 12:30 our time. Oh boy.

This could be the best news of the season...

Keyword: could

50% MSU
40% Oregon
10% Texas

But I'm gonna go against the odds and go with Oregon on this one.

It's down to Michigan State, Oregon and Texas. I say go with the Ducks... The way they have been hiring lately, if Ernie does leave, I could see Oregon pulling out all the stops to get a quality replacement. If not, the pieces are in place for some incredible improvement in the offense.

Defense, however... Image

To be honest, I would go to Michigan State if I was him. Who knows if Wilson enjoyed their campus, academics, etc, but MSU has an elite basketball program. We'll see in a couple of hours.

Sweet!!!! The only downside to this is that this almost guarantees that Kent will be back next season. Now, there is absolutely no excuse for this team not to win and win big in the next few years. Get a legit point guard and this team could be special.

Finally Oregon wins a recruiting battle. He'll help Oregon immediately since Oregon really doesn't have a player that can get to the rim with any kind of consistency.
