or just be a husky lean. why else do you think heaps is a 5 star (as well as the country's #1 qb)?

As well as Fetters having Melvin Davis at #237 since he is a UW commit, he is a decent player, but not top 250 level at all.
And look where Fetter's evaluations have got UW over the past several years. He can give them however many stars he wants, but it doesn't make them any better on the field.

Scout also had LaMichael James as the 135th best RB while Rivals had him as a 4* RB. I go with Rivals they have more people and better eye for talent. Both are a bit skewed though when it comes to big time teams. They will inflate rating of guys that commit to schools like Notre Dame with a huge following because it gets them more subscribers and money

You got to love how Jake Heaps is number 13 on their list and yet didn't even crack the top 100 according to Rivals. Having watched the guy play several times I tend to agree with rivals evaluation of Heaps.

I think Fetters and Scout are as much of a joke as the next person. But he's not in charge of evaluating Florida talent. He only handles evaluating players in the NW.

Other players of note on that list:

#5 RB Giovanni Bernard (Younger brother of former Beaver Yvenson Bernard. Hopefully Giovanni steers clear of Oregon State)

#6 WR Ivan McCartney

#20 CB Tony Grimes

#22 DE David Perry

Well, they finally got around to it. Looks like he didn't have any interest in UW, since scout rated him ***.

4.3 RB's that can make cuts at full speed (per scout) must be a dime a dozen.

Well, Bernard (5'9"/198/4.5) does have that big offer... from OS.

"I don't have a bit of a clue about which one I'm favoring yet, although my brother (Yvenson Bernard) went to Oregon State, so they might have a slight edge over the others I haven't checked out yet," Bernard told Sporting News Today.

Per Rivals: Miami, West Virginia, Maryland and Oregon State (where his older brother Yvenson starred), Oklahoma, Florida, Ole Miss, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Purdue, Auburn, Arkansas, Pittsburgh, UConn, Rutgers and Florida International have all offered.

Bernard’s brother, Yvenson Bernard, played at Oregon State therefore making the younger Bernard a fan of the Beavers, but what other schools did he root for growing up?

“I loved Texas. I loved teams that pounded the ball up the middle and ran those zone plays. Oklahoma and those kinds of teams,” explained Bernard.

I'll take Grant, thank you very much!
