Well, someone must of missed the WVU game and South Carolina games last night.....

Though it's amazing that all of our highly ranked crap teams keep going and winning the Natty. Which by the way if South Carolina beats us next weekend, I'm willing to bet that they will be the 6th SEC team to go to and win the big game.

With that said, we lost the Florida game in '03 and that worked out well for us, so I still have hope :)

I don't get why you are mentioning west virgina, but the sec is incredibly boring. I'd rather watch the mac. High scoring, wide open football.

I thought he said big 12...my bad.

For me a high scoring football is not that fun, watching two teams trying to see who can get to 70 first is like watching arena football. I love defense and much prefer a low scoring physical match up. But what do I know, I also like soccer and those guys score once or twice a game normally.

But I'm ok with the scores that Oregon gets because it's Oregon, and I have to admit that the 44-41 2OT thriller in 2009 over Arizona is probably my favorite Duck game of all time.

Exactly, if both teams are scoring at will all that tells me is neither have the players on the defense to compete against a team that is more balances. Offense wins game, defense wins championships. There is no other saying that is truer when it comes to football.

By the way, I get high scoring games in OT, I LOVE OT games. LSU has seen a couple games that have went into 5+ overtimes, and the most amazing season was ’07 when we finished 4 games in overtime. That was the “we are the only team undefeated in regulation” year that got us into the natty.

For what it is worth, Oregon has balance. They can't be stopped on offense so far but have shown that they are very hard to sore on.
