Re: Recruiting Info Dump
I read on another board, or maybe a thread here, that she has dropped Oregon and is enrolling at San Jose. Not exactly SoCal, but easier to get to/from LA rather than Eugeneifuwant2 wrote:I'd like to get real confirmation on that. I read she was an Oregon EE and is already in Eugene.karlhungis wrote:I just have a hard time believing we still get Lenoir if his girlfriend is going to school in socal.

Reaves arrest hurt Ducks a little. More so this weekend with the visitors. Especially with a distance kid like Ellis Brooks.
Couple guys were gonna commit and held off because of Reaves news. (Gibson/Judson) Oregon could still get both pretty easily. (As of today)
Oregon is not going to take Tyler Johnson.
George Moore will visit Baylor and Utah this week. He loves Mario Cristobal, I think Oregon snags him. No done deal yet.
Greg Johnson will sign with Nebraska IMO. (As of today)
Oregon is out for Stephen Carr. He signs with USC.
Ducks will get Lenoir.
Put Habibi-Likio on Quack Watch.
Marlon Tuipulotu will not be visiting Oregon.
Joseph Lewis didn't visit Oregon this weekend. Won't be making a trip before signing day either.
Tongamoa = Quack Quack (On NSD)
Ameer Speed is one to watch. Could be a real surprise there.
Josh Falo, nothing new, he's visiting the last weekend for a reason. Still think Oregon sneaks this one out even though they don't have a TE coach now.
That's what I got for now.
Thanks JHop! Really appreciate the update!
Hopefully we hear from you next Wednesday

Right now Pandy is in limbo. There has been no decision on offering him or not.srsmiley007 wrote:jhopduck wrote:Probably will be my last post for a few weeks. So here's all I have to sign off with.

YOU ARE THE MAN! Many thanks on the update. Since so many of us have dumped DT, this is welcome info!
I know you said it's your last update but can you share any info on TE info (outside of Falo) and provide any status on Pandy? - Just being greedy here but would love to see these kids on board!
Thanks
Oregon is looking at other TE options but the talent pool is thin. This staff really isn't looking to take guys just to take guys. They want dudes that will play.

He is not going to go to USC. Greg Biggins reported that they have cooled on him. He isn't visiting USC IIRC. They also do not have room for him.justin_f wrote:San Jose not SDSUkarlhungis wrote:2 hours from SDSU to USC.greenyellow wrote:If she's going to San Jose State, it is only about a couple more hours from Eugene than LA. Flying, not driving, it's just a couple of hours' difference.
The GF factor is certainly important, but Lenoir isn't going to SJS. He's going to USC or Oregon. He's going to be far enough away from his GF that they won't have much of a relationship. I'm guessing he is smart enough to imagine how this will play out.
Willie Taggart is a dick.

Re: Recruiting Info Dump
I think if they get Falo, they may be okay as long as no one gets hurt. If not, they're going to have to rely on Breeland, McCormick, whoever else they can get in this class, and a bunch of walk-ons.

Kinda makes you wonder why they didn't stay on top of Robinson-Carr. Word was he decommitted because nobody contacted him.greenyellow wrote:I think if they get Falo, they may be okay as long as no one gets hurt.
