Under the toutilage of Cristobal....I think will be just fine! Glad we're keeping a "local" kid....at home.
Bama fans seem to think his tutelage isn't really worth much as he is a great recruiter but not much of an oline coach. It will be interesting to see how our line does under him. It seemed like Greatwood wasn't all in for the last few years, so I am still hoping this is an upgrade in coaching as well as recruiting.
Couldn't agree with you more! It's a new day for Oregon Football....and it'll be interesting how the last years "young" o-line wil respond to a new voice in Cristobal. Can't wait to see how this plays out this Spring!

Cristobal's resume speaks for itself. He has to be at least a good coach considering what he's put in the NFL.

The kids he was coaching were already the cream of the crop before they even set foot on campus. It's easier to put guys in the NFL when they are the best of the best.

Well duh. But they weren't ready for the NFL.

Well duh. But I would bet that most competent O-Line coaches could get them there, given the opportunity.

OL has the most flops of any position, it's tough to evaluate. He may have landed 4-5*, but they still have to be coached up.

Football in general has an OL problem. STU, are you familiar with Rob Staton's Trench Explosion Formula? He does a great job at seahawks draft blog and I like the findings of TEF so far.
