Reason behind this pick is that the Raptors are going to undergo a multi year rebuild (with what they currently have on the roster) so taking a chance on a player with the highest upside at 19 wont make or break the rebuild.

I almost did the same thing. Probably should have. Position of need for me. All my SF draft picks have struck out.
