Now we're into the interesting picks. Lot of guys I could see here. Manning is probably the favorite at 4, but I think at least 1 of the 5-8 guys could end up better

I think I know who you are inferring....and I left previous DASL probably in late 90s, and not sure if/when you came in, but the guy I think you're alluding to was 25+ppg guy and all-league performer last time around.jibbajabba614 wrote:Honestly Hornets made right choice. I would have taken Smits also. But there is one guy no one has mention that was in my top 3
Reason I tell people to read notes. Even my draft lists are based on notes. Defensive monster was Smits keywords. Richmond is a high risk/high reward. Good jump shot. But if he can’t up his inside or outside he’s doomed.lukeyrid13 wrote:I think I know who you are inferring....and I left previous DASL probably in late 90s, and not sure if/when you came in, but the guy I think you're alluding to was 25+ppg guy and all-league performer last time around.jibbajabba614 wrote:Honestly Hornets made right choice. I was split between him and my guy.vincent1469 wrote:Didnt think I would land one of my Top 6 guys, but after Bucks got Smith I was able to nab Chapman.
To be fair he only has B potential and with everyone above 8 in a full rebuild, I’d expect him to go around where he did.Cellar-door wrote:I thought Morris would go higher
Honestly I would have taken him at 2. Franchise was keyword. With PGs being non scoring his B inside scoring really helped him. I mean notes only go so far but he was one that didn’t disappoint.FlDuckFan wrote:Split between two guys hopefully I made the right choice.
Im surprised he dropped but I also value PG's higher than others (not as much as the Hawks though )FlDuckFan wrote:I was split between him and my guy.vincent1469 wrote:Didnt think I would land one of my Top 6 guys, but after Bucks got Smith I was able to nab Chapman.
I think thats it. Morris is a more of a win now player but think he will be solid for the Suns. I could see him winning ROYvincent1469 wrote:With everyone above 8 in a full rebuild, I’d expect him to go around where he did.Cellar-door wrote:I thought Morris would go higher
Looking back at the draft, Morris looks like he would have been a good fit on the Bucks as well.Oregon Ownage wrote:I think thats it. Definitely. I got my poker chips all in on MJ. I want to have a strong frontcourt. I would of taken Pooh cause BPA and point guard need. Gilliam isn’t looking like the stud I’d hope for. But he could be a good PF/C backup. With Washburn getting 3rd string minutes.vincent1469 wrote:Looking back at the draft, Morris looks like he would have been a good fit on the Bucks as well.Oregon Ownage wrote:I think thats it.
