Guys the major concern here isn't his size in my opinion its if he is going to qualify...... I have my fingers crossed. I have heard good info lately but we still need to be concerned until he's into school.

this is an exceptional commit for us considering that Byrd has left and that NA likes to let the CB's play 1on1 defense. He's the best pure cover corner in the country and proved it at the AAA game. this kid will gain a few pounds but I'm not worried about that. Coach Rad will take care of that.

I don't even want to think about him not qualifying right now.

Glad you got to see it first, Duckgrad. You've had a rough week with this recruiting business.

Per Mosely's Blog (Posted 1/19):
"Also, the Ducks are looking good for prep recruit Cliff Harris, who is rated a four-star prospect by both Rivals and Scout. There’s been a lot of speculation out there about Harris’ academic standing, but my understanding is he’ll be able to get into Oregon. Less likely is the admission of junior college safety Anthony Leon, which might help explain his visit to Arkansas this past weekend."
I'll run with that info for now, thank you !

Do you think he would have commited if he didn't know that he was already QUAL'd? He seemed to take him awhile to commit... Hopefully he was waiting on the news that he would infact qualify!!! Just my 2cents.

A taller version of former Duck AA Alex Molden, maybe?

great news! I'm not worried about his size, Coach Rad will work wonders on him. If you remember walt thurmond coming out of HS, he was only 160 and he's doing just fine now.

This is outstanding news everyone. Why worry about if he will qualify when there's nothing we can do about that? Celebrate this time, Harris is a major get at a position of need. Plus, he chose Oregon over USC. Fans, we should rejoice!
