Well enough speculation. Hopefully by the time it is all said and done we end up with a great recruiting class and we can all be happy!

Has nothing to do with a commit though.

We will just have to wait and see...but I do have to guess, either Werner or Heimuli is a silent or is ready to commit!
Good times...

Thew good news is Lattimore has dropped North Carolina from consideration which is good news for the Ducks because he was going to visit them after us.

All of the "insiders" that post on this board have been very silent about this. Must mean a big name commited then but they cannot say it yet.

Or they overhyped the good news.

I am a little confused on one thing. I thought Seastrunk did not make it out. If that is the case... then Kelly would not let him commit until he visits. maybe I am mistaken and he did get out here.. If i am right then could not be a RB as Lattimore has not visited either.

No, you're right, it's not a RB that committed, guaranteed. LMJ, Williams, Barner, will be in the backfield next year. LMJ the starter, with Williams most likely taking over the carries from Barner. However, we will need to take another probably lower rated RB for depth.
Don't get me wrong, the Ducks will take Seastrunk or Lattimore if they actually visit and want to commit, but we went through this ring around the rosey with Pryor, remember, and he never ended up even visiting...so I have strong doubts about either one of them.

I was wrong I think I said that Seastrunk made it out but I forgot he ended up not making it out. However Justin says that Seastrunk text messaged him the other day and assured him he was still going to make it out.

I'm sorry but am I the only one thoroughly disappointed in this "great" news? Sure cool he dropped one team but a 4* RB dropped us and decommited. Does not seem like a fair trade to me and still only mildly positive news compared to BAD news. I'm not usually a hines but don't overhype stuff to be much bigger then it usually is

I'm with you. People can sugarcoat the loss of Grant all they want, but regardless of Dontae Williams, losing Grant is a big deal unless another big time player will replace him. I guess we'll see what happens.

Thinking of 2 different sites. Rivals is the one that said there would be good news and bad news. Their info was not regarding Lattimore dropping UNC. I believe that was DT's good news last night if I read the posts correctly. The good news is most certainly a commit, though I think its on the defensive side.
