supposedly he is Kevin Durant without the 3 point shooting chops. He can't hit consistently from outside 18 yet, that's really his only knock.

Not every forward has to be able to step out to 3 point land and rain in 3's like Leunen and Luke Jackson.
This kid could be a key role player for the Ducks, especially if he can hit from inside 10 feet... Didn't Oregon miss a ridiculous percentage of those shots this season?.

He's 6'7 and Durant is 6'11, that's a big difference but I do like his game.

He evidently has a nice mid-range jump shot, and an array of layins.
The blocked shots are a nice bonus.

He's obvious not a carbon copy of Durant but the comparison is made based off of being tall with lanky, long arms, thin frame, ridiculous hops, and speed in the open court, just like Durant.

If that miracle happens, we can all sleep easier heading into the summer.

Wait a second. I thought the sky was falling & this program was crumbling before our eyes... What a miracle.

Maybe the end
isn't near?
That dude on the corner may need a new sign!

Now that the Ducks have a coach possibly in place, the program has some direction to it and can start moving forward. If the search had gone on much longer and more players transferred, then I could see the program being in serious trouble. The bleeding has stopped.

IMO, Durant's body with a game like Derozan.

Here's some more info about Polee from the LA Times. Was offered and committed to USC as a freshman but has opened things up. His dad works for the USC basketball team as their director of basketball operations. Late bloomer who seems like a hard worker who has really improved over the last couple years. Still lots of potential.
