Boy that is a tough make out on the hat, but I don't think it is an Oregon lights out lid, don't remember seeing them having something on the bill like that. And I don't see the wings.

All I can tell for sure is that it isn't a Miami, Tennessee, LSU, KSU, or USC hat... Although that does look like an O in the center, when they do a brief close-up.

Almost looks as if it is deliberately obscured, doesn't it?
