LOL

Full court press turns into an alley oop from half court.

I like our effort with the press though

I thought we played North Carolina two years ago, and they weren't the defending champs, they went on to win the title that year (Hansbrough's senior year?). Maui, right?

LOL @ Duke converting half-court ally oop/reverse dunks, and us missing the 5 foot varieties.

Loved the Altman emotion after Teondre took that charge.

This game would actually be close if we can make the easy baskets

Actually surprised that it's only a 15 point lead at half but it should also be a lot closer due to Oregon missing some point-blank layins. Altman has this undermanned team playing surprising well against a top team. It will be nice to see how well the team does with a full compliment of players.

Agree. The talent/depth disparity between the two teams in huge. Duke is a great team, but Oregon is winning in the effort category. I'm not one for moral victories, but that's important for a rebuilding program. I love how these guys are playing.

This may be the most talented team Coach K has ever had. Kyrie Irving is an absolute stud.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”
-Jameis Winston after Oregon's decisive 59-20 victory over Florida State in the Rose Bowl

Irving is going to be a top 5 pick in the NBA Draft if he came out this year and Singler will make an excellent scoring option for any team. I think that Oregon will have something special in Jabari Brown, but Oregon will need more than just him to compete at a high level.

The defense is playing hard. We are hugely undersized compared to Duke but seem to be holding our own on the boards.

Unfortunately this team lacks shooters.

That got away from us quick. Must be nice to have three point shooters.

This is what happens when you have like 8 all americans vs a bunch of 2 or 3 star players.
