I agree with duckxing. I don't think he would be Oregons first choice at qb. That's not to say he won't be good, but I think the ducks would take a qb from the south or east first.

I don't think there is any doubt the coaches would like to take two quarterbacks in the next recruiting class, particularly if Daryle Hawkins is not kept at quarterback. The only problem is the Ducks will have so few scholarships to give out next year, which will tie their hands a bit.

When you look at what the roster is going to look like a couple years down the road when Masoli, Roper and Costa all graduate, the QB depth is going to be dangerously thin. It would be ideal to get a couple of quarterbacks in this recruiting class so they can get some time in the program and learn the system before that transition occurs.
