Well you can't say that about all the CBS announcers. They DID have Dan Fouts doing the radio broadcast of this game

I can't stand the CBS announcers. Gary and Verne have always had such a love fest for 'Bama too, which is part of the reason most Auburn fans can't stand them. Verne is constantly getting our players names wrong. Brando said some pretty foul stuff about Auburn, and the fans let him know what they thought of him when he was in Birmingham. He wasn't very happy with that.
