Awesome start so far. Dalton is playing amazing. I don't think TCU can stop Wisconsin, but if Dalton keeps playing like this, TCU won't need to.

So much for TCU using a running back. Dalton refuses to hand the ball off and that could get dangerous for him later in the game. To think Ethan Grant decommited from Oregon to play for TCU. TCU could have handed the ball off several times and gained even more yards than they have. Either way TCU is winning the trench battle.

14-10 after one. Both offenses look like themselves. We'll see how the 2nd half plays out though, I imagine the 2nd qtr will be more of the same but the current pace I'd think benefits TCU.

Was it really a bad decision?

TCU is turning into a very good program and they have far less depth at RB than Oregon.

I guess all the fan complaints paid off. The uniforms they're wearing today look much better, in my opinion.

Wisconsin's success with the running game is getting me really excited about a future o-line of Rowland, Johnstone, and Andre Y.

So the pants and helmets got scrapped but they're wearing the Jersey and cleats.

I would say at this point that the TCU D has been the one to make a few stops after the missed fg and forcing Wis to kick another earlier

Why? Wisc has a totally different run game than what we do, I just don't see any parallels.

Having an amazing o-line can make good running backs look elite. Imagine Seastrunk, Williams, and Carson behind stud linemen like Rowland, Johnstone, and Andre Y.

Look how much time Wisky's QB has to throw. Darron has taken some brutal shots this year due to our offensive line.

Yea, but if switched Wisconsin's OL for ours during Fall Camp, we wouldn't be in the NC game and they wouldn't be in the Rose Bowl. My point in saying there aren't any parallels is about the fact that the two teams running philosophies are drastically different. Whereas we try to spread the defenders out, Wisc puts them all in the box and uses multiple TEs and FBs to get those blockers on bodies at the LOS. We try to get our TEs and WRs out in space against the secondary.

I hope Oregon doesn't wear the same crap cleats as TCU. Or at least bring a backup pair.

What's wrong with them? Are they slipping all over the place or do they just look bad?

Really disappointed UW didn't go for it on 4th with 3 TOs. 14-13 at Half with TCU taking the ball in the 2nd. TCU has played better overall and I think their D will make the difference in the 2nd.
