These are the types of games we need to win. I can't wait until we get more shooters next season.

I'm just really pleased we're playing well enough to be disappointed by losses to Pac 10 schools...

I went to the game, Matt Knight arena is everything its cracked up to be. Just incredible. This team plays so hard on D, its great to watch. Problem is we can't make any shots ha. Can't wait till we get some talented shooters in the program.

Are there really no guys at the rec that are just lights out shooters that we could put out there to play a very singular role? haha (although, I am a little serious because they miss an abundant amount of open looks)

What is going to be real interesting is to see how fast an improvement could be made by this team introducing some real shooters. What do you suppose our record would be, this season, if we had a decent 3pt%? For every other fault on this team (lack of any real size, depth, talent), we're not that bad of a team. We've given some real good teams fits, and even in most of our losses, shooting has been the #1 reason for the loss.

Anyone else think Altman is completely blown away by coaching/having Matt Court? He looks like a kid on Christmas when talking about it.

This team would be okay if they had just one decent shooter. It looks like on most possessions that no one wants to step up and take the shot. You never know where the offense is going to come from on any given night, outside of Catron.

I was very disappointed with the occasional hesitancy of some players when fed directly under the basket... A couple times, late in the game, Singler was open, but acted as if he was waiting to get smacked.

Ask Nared, guys... Dunking is legal!

Take it up strong.

Went today also. I have a ton of memories of the pit. Harter days
are my favorite. Mac court will have a special place in my heart.
But what i saw today at Matt knight arena is unbelievable. Got there
early and wandered around. So that's what 200 mil looks like. Set up
high but still an awsome seat. The score board is beyond awsome.
The floor is pretty cool in person. Got to go on the floor before game
and i like it. Now thoughts about the game. I thought Oregon came out
in 2nd half with out energy. They missed a lot of open looks. UCLA was
doing everything it could to keep the ducks in it. UCLA was very beatable
today. Oregon's zone bothered them. Like others said if we had even
one good shooter we'd be very tough. They play very hard and seem to
have bought into Altman's system. Some of the current players are going
to be fighting for playing time next year if the freshman can shoot like
they say.

Sounds like the team played great. Give Altman a lot of credit. This guy can coach!!

Love everything about the arena, including the Court!! Screw Canzano.

This method of play, with the kind of shooters Altman seems to be bringing in, is going to be very exciting, and competitive.

Looking forward to winning a lot of games down the road!
