Re: Washington @ Oregon
The house would have came down if Teondre made that dunk.... looked like he was off balanced when he jumped. Don't think he realized how far he was until it was too late.

Kingma is going to be a perfect fit for this team.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

For all the bitching about Sim and Strowbridge on this board, I've seen nothing but positive contribution from them during our mini-resurgence. I'll take more of their heady play and less of Teondre missing easy dunks, please.

Strowbridge still kinda sucks, but Sim has definitely improved. Hopefully Sim has turned the corner.oregontrack wrote:For all the bitching about Sim and Strowbridge on this board, I've seen nothing but positive contribution from them during our mini-resurgence. The "alleged" rapist has been very aggressive today.
That move by Loyd...wow.

Stormbridge is a lot like TP.... Streaky shooter that can get hot and bad things usually happen when they drive into the paint (TO's).oregontrack wrote:For all the bitching about Sim and Strowbridge on this board, I've seen nothing but positive contribution from them during our mini-resurgence. I agree, Sim plays with max effort to his ability and doesn't make very many bad decisions/plays.uostudent wrote:Strowbridge still kinda sucks, but Sim has definitely improved. I shouldn't be so negative. I am loving the play of this team! its such a great change to actually see them look for a good shot.

Huskies are playing Catron smart, Catron's a tough player but 6'6 is 6'6 and he's neutralized if Bryan-Amaning and N'Diaye just puts their arms straight up in the air.

Re: Washington @ Oregon
I think Washington's going to pull away in the 2nd half. Oregon has really struggled against Bryan-Amaning. N'Diaye has dominated on the boards.
Oregon desperately needs more size.

Was thinking bad things when UW came out hot...but Oregon is hangin with em. Last few years I think they would have folded with UW's first run. They dont quit.

Great response by the Ducks after UW went up 45-42. EJ calmly knocked down a trey, they got a stop, Catron drilled a jumper, now we have the ball back, up 2.
