Absolutely wonderful defensive play and also Special Teams. Offense may have well stayed home...

Longest drive of the day is 4 plays. Words can’t describe…without the early gift, they don’t score at home.

I guess one humiliation wasn’t enough.

Dan needs to reset this offense, send an agent to contact Chip tomorrow, and start with a fresh offense next year no matter what it takes.

Chip's not coming bro. Dan lanning doesn't want someone who can take his job. He's a "relationships" guy meaning if you're his good buddy and part of the frat culture, and you can recruit, you're good. But if you're a football nerd who's grinded his way up against bigger teams with less, but you're not a frat guy, you're out. We've all said he needs a nerd for a while and its just internal promo after internal promo after internal promo.
Absolutely dumb take. Chip would never be in a spot to take Lanning’s job to begin with, and I hate the dumb argument that he promotes friends. Where have we seen anything that indicates Mehringer and Lanning are best buds? Maybe it doesn’t work out, but he gave a guy that he thought warned the job a promotion. Do I believe he may have wanted to reward loyalty? Sure, and he promoted a guy that had learned under 2 of the best OCs in football (I’ll trust the word of the the insiders in college football over Ducks fans on Stein).

I also don’t believe Chip has any interest in being an OC at Oregon, so I wish people would stop bringing him up. I think he prefers the big city and I don’t think his ego would want to come back to a place where he was once revered as a HC as an OC.

Raiola should've been benched at half-time.

It would’ve been even worse, if that’s possible. Moore would’ve had a bad day too, as he does any time the OL is struggling.

Maybe. Hear me out.

Stop recruiting struggling QBs.

How about hire a real OLine coach. A team only goes as far as their OLine.

Why up the middle? Why do you have a runner in the flat if you are not going to use him? Everyone should have been pushing on that play…Mehringer is a Mohron.
