Landing only one transfer in the top 150 was definitely a surprise.

Our NIL must royally suck.

And somehow Oregon has a top 20 overall recruiting class when both recruits and transfers are added together. I'm really curious what their actual NIL budget ended up being to get this rebuild done.

But we do have to taken into consideration our volume is more than a lot of other teams. If you sort by average ranking, we are 40th, which I think is a better indicator of the type of offseason we've had.
