Oregon has some of the best coaches in the country, and just about any successful coach in the country would say the same thing. There are very few Nick Saban's and Urban Meyers. Some of the winningest coaches in the country have had down years, many have had consecutive down years.

I assure you that Chip Kelly would have had down years, too, if he'd stayed at Oregon. I do think that Chip would have brought in his own guy after Aliotti retired, but it's a moot point now.

Anyhow, everyone can go on thinking what they will. We'll be fine. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Pellum if the defense doesn't improve this season.
uhhhh, who's off base?

Yes we have a young secondary but this is yet another game where we've had no rotation at the RB position, remember against Mich. St. Tony James was making it to the outside yet the coaches decided running Freeman straight up the middle worked better.

That's a terrible analogy, and a bit offensive.
X2 it's an offensive statement

...oh man...comedy of errors. Anything that can go wrong (INTs, blown coverages, embarrassed LBs, injuries, fake punt, punt return) has gone wrong.

Lol you are right all the coaches across the country will say Oregon has great coaches. Because they want Oregon to stay the way we are now! As long as we have these coaches we will have these results get use to it. If making e causes for them make you guys feel better then go right ahead.
