Why hasn't the FBI been charged with terrorism in the Mohamed Mohamud case? We know that a terrorist attack doesn't have to be "successful" in order for it to cause terror (shoe bomber richard reid). The FBI proved in court that they were responsible for "arming" and making his attempt possible. Therefore, the FBI should be charged with Conspiracy AND Terrorism charges for their actions as it certainly scared people. I understand the judge didn't entertain the idea of entrapment for Mohamud but the FBI's action still led to fear and panic in the public through their system of creating terrorists.

Wait, wait, wait. I wholeheartedly disagree with this only Cuba knows how to do black beans. I would counter that feijoada, the national dish of Brazil, is in fact superior.

Acquited... The media and the highly volitle race relations here in the USA have clouded and distorted the case. I've been following it closely and the prosecution just does not have a case. | ITS NOT WHAT YOU KNOW....ITS WHAT YOU CAN PROVE IN COURT | haha

Yeah, I think considering what's been presented in court, I think he'll get Manslaughter. I just find it so facked up that Trayvon Martin died for no reason. He was clearly profiled, but there isn't just any very much evidence.

From what I've seen the prosecution has done a terrible job and in yesterdays closing argument as I recall they tried to use 2 different theories which means if you have multiple theories, you obviously have concerns of doubt with one of them. They can't find him guilty of it, but we all know george is guilty of being stupid as all he had to do was declare who he was and this never happens.

I really hate Big Pharma and I don't care if the CIA knows about it.

Take this blurb about GlaxoSmithKline from the NYTimes yesterday
http://www.nytimes.com/2013/07/12/busin ... ted=1&_r=0
The government findings released Thursday were unexpected because executives at GlaxoSmithKline had said just last week that an internal investigation of its China operations found no evidence of bribery or corrupt activities.
As George Carlin was fond of saying, "Where does the surprise part come into play?" They were literally fined 3B$US last year for practically the same thing, almost a year ago to the date.

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/03/busin ... wanted=all
In the largest settlement involving a pharmaceutical company, the British drugmaker GlaxoSmithKline agreed to plead guilty to criminal charges and pay $3 billion in fines for promoting its best-selling antidepressants for unapproved uses and failing to report safety data about a top diabetes drug, federal prosecutors announced Monday. The agreement also includes civil penalties for improper marketing of a half-dozen other drugs.
No individuals have been charged in any of the cases.
Prosecutors said the company had tried to win over doctors by paying for trips to Jamaica and Bermuda, as well as spa treatments and hunting excursions. In the case of Paxil, prosecutors claim GlaxoSmithKline employed several tactics aimed at promoting the use of the drug in children, including helping to publish a medical journal article that misreported data from a clinical trial.
We all know if you or I did this, we'd be off to jail. For Big Pharma, back to biz as usual.

I can't believe the news anchor didn't catch on to what she was reading...like she's the female version of Ron Burgundy.

I think its because they mentioned that those names were confirmed by the NTSB and it was the NTSB who announced that it was a summer interns fault. Still, that happened, lol.
