as for why the Suns lose? not gonna win when your starting and backup PG combine for 5.6 turnovers per game, plus Griffin at 3.7. On the roster now, for last year, is what, 15.2 turnovers, ignoring a starting big, in Yao who did 2.0

Thats 17+ turnovers, with no blocks, nobody really who steals starting, and ehh rebounding....yeah, good formula for losing

At some point he needs to stop hoarding young players and actually use them to win. Griffin, Durant may be a good start, but these guys all stacked up on a roster is going to hurt development, what good is young talent if none of it fits together and it never wins

Derrick Rose and Russell Westbrook are two guys where when I simmed, they were All-NBA first team players. Not sure what happened after their first TC but if a guy goes from an A potential to a B potential in his first TC, chances are you will have to be really patient and might end up with a bust. And when you consider the auto league file, where most starters in the file are star players in this league, I thought they would be elite point guards in this league.

And if you want to start working on the draft files, that's fine with me. If you want to help with the draft files, that's fine with me. I had the draft file done a few days before the draft, so when someone says no PM, it also goes the other way around too. I didn't receive a PM. I even PM Ownage early in the season to work on the draft with grades. I always tried working with Ownage, Zyme and Brophdog with the file. I know Brophdog and Zyme have been busy so I may not send a PM but if you have input you can always ask me what's going on with the file. I have no problems working with other people. I also don't have a problem with someone else wanting to do the file. I'd even be willing to send you the FBB game(although not really sure if you can)

Honestly a draft preview should be done by All-Star break to help determine if guys want to trade picks in that current year before deadline. Final draft file should be done after trade deadline

Maybe we can draw up some activity by starting the draw preview of all the players in the draft with all F's and as the season goes along do like 5 players grades at a time. (Kind of like scouting reports in video games) And even by the trade deadline have players withdraw from the draft. Just throwing out some ideas. Then make the final grades during the playoffs. If someone was willing to help I'm sure we can get it done.

I also think we need some creativity. All players don't have to be replicas of real life. I'll throw out a random example.

Adam Morrison could have been a nasty inside/out scorer instead of a bust.

We also need some more project players. Guys who are like A-,D+,C,B,C or B-,C-,D+,B+,A-

It seems like with the random development of players we are getting different results for players than reality. Eddy Curry is a monster in our game for example but Derrick Rose never panned out. Derrick Lee is another one, he went from baseball player to one of the best scorers we've had.

I do like the idea of getting more info as we go along. I know it's more work but it does make for a lot more fun or interest in the draft and time to plan.

That isn't a project player, project players we have tons of, more ready players are the missing guys
