Likely because they jumped the gun and others are respecting the recruit's ability to announce it first.

Another recruit that 247 grossly undervalues compared to the other services, and like usual, it being an Oregon recruit.

I'd bet money Nemec is just throwing mud against the wall and hoping it sticks. Doubt he has a real idea of the commit.

If we did land Eaford, that would be a real nice get. He is definitely underrated by 247. His 45 team offer list is pretty impressive. I wonder if we are looking at him as an inside or outside linebacker. Either way, I sure hope that he is the silent commit. Pulling talented front seven players from the south with offer lists like his just doesn't really ever happen for us, though it sure would be nice if we could start to get a few. This class has some really impressive defensive talent on all three levels.

So likely Eaford and Giles Jackson. More pieces, love it!

Hopefully that is what is going on, but I think it equally likely that he hasn't actually committed. It's possible that I've missed all the times these sites take info down out of respect to the recruit's timetable, but it doesn't seem like that is a common thing.

On second thought though, I could see it if the team sources are asking for them to take it down. They don't want to turn off the information spigot.

On Twitter, Eaford said he's not announcing until August 25th so I do think DT jumped the gun.

So it looks like Capra could have been one of the silents but it seems there's still more. With Eaford moving up his commitment date, I'd say he's likely next unless someone else pops.

He's announcing on Thursday per his Instagram.

It doesn't sound like Capra was a silent. It sounds like an offer was made and he jumped on it.

Even after Eaford's commitment, there's still more:
