Scout has Cliff Harris running a 4.6 40 with a 7.8 3 cone time
Scout has Jackson running a 4.72 40 with a 7.14 3 cone time
Scout has Adam Hall running a 4.75 (and a 4.5) 40 with a 7.41 3 cone time
Kid is a pretty good athlete

I've seen reports that his official 40 was ran at less then 100% due to an injury at the time. Reports are that he is more around a 4.55 guy. Don't forget this last summer our 4th fastest guy was the kicker who ran a 4.5 so only 3 guys on the team under a 4.5 electric.
