Agree. Ripping off someone else's work without attribution (and, these days, a link) isn't just problematic, it's chickenshit.
It's illegal is what it is. It's plagiarism, plain and simple.
What JHOP, or anyone else getting their content posted without permission, especially paid subscription content, should do is send a letter to both Nemec and the CEO of the Oregonian, post the complaint with them and then give them a reasonable time to reply and act. Sending it Registered mail would be best so they have a date posted.
If the article(s) haven't been removed by the deadline then all that needs to be done is to contact the Oregonian's website hosting company and fill out what's known as a DMCA notice. The hosting company will then contact them and once plagiarism has been proven, give them notice to remove the content immediately. If they refuse their web host can, and will,
shut down the entire website - not just the page or pages plagiarized.
By the way, giving attribution to a paid (exclusive) resource where you're a member is an admission of guilt that you stole it.

Clemons has had an interesting recruitment. Super talented kid, announced a top 3 fairly early of Penn State, Oregon, and Auburn, and what happens? Penn State essentially fills up. Oregon fills up. And Auburn sucks.
I'd be fairly surprised if any of these kids commit on their visits this weekend. A lot of competition for each one of these recruits. But who the heck knows. I'll go with Kelly, if anyone.

And Nicolas Anderson is visiting Oklahoma this weekend and probably 50/50 that we keep him so Clemons / Coleman are probably our backup options.

Perkins is headed to Michigan St this weekend

Coleman has had multiple crystal balls to Florida State recently.

I’d trade Anderson for Clemons every day of the week. I’ve preferred Clemons to Meriweather and Anderson for a while, of course I could be wrong as I often am but Clemons just seems stronger and more polished. With McMillan in the fold he’s also a luxury recruit.

That's too bad. This game would have been a great game to see our O-Line's occasional dominance and pushing the opponents around.
