Oregon up to #6 class on 247.

If we land Seaton, as long as the majority of our coaching staff stays put this offseason, we will likely have a top 5 class.

If we lose anyone on the Offensive side, I want Pep Hamilton brought on to work with QBs.

The Defense is becoming such a Unit that I don't know if any of the Defensive coaches want to leave unless we somehow win it all this year. I think the Defensive side may want to "see it through" if you will knowing that they've got such a potentially loaded squad to work with. That kind of success is what leads to those big-time jobs rather than the Mtn West level HC jobs.

I was thinking about the D star earlier. And I honestly don’t see any of them leaving. Tosh has really gotten better paired with Hampton. And I still think Tosh has a stigma surrounding him, that no major program will give him a shot at HC.

Hampton getting snagged to be the full-time coordinator elsewhere is the guy most likely to go.

The question might to be to where and is it really a long-term springboard plan?

Some of this is wishful thinking, but I also think there is some potential to wait for the right job instead of the first job if you've been an Oregon Football coach in the last decade plus.

The blue chip ratio on Defense is EA Sports type stuff for us so some of these coaches may also want to see some of those personal requirements through because it helps build their portfolio of having X guys drafted, etc.

Oregon's front 7 is going to be a monster for the foreseeable future. It'll be even scarier with Williams and/or Johnson.

An amazing DLine class and I don’t think they’re finished yet! Lanning is building something special at Oregon!

Not as much special as scary to our opponents.
