Tre’Shaun Harrison to FSU
I think this is a good guess, but he might be wrong about Williams. Some of these guys are back-up plans for USC, so we won't know who we get until the Trojans have taken everyone they want. Ezeike and Winston sound like they are in that category - both back-up plans in case others fall through.

IDK but we were looking like the leader for:

Cota
Lenzy
Thompson
Battle
Williams
Hall
Ezeike
Harrison
Crocker

Then there's Waddle and the guys we didn't get in on because there were so many commits

Go ahead and add Austin Osborne and Devin Culp to that list.

It's kind of unbelievable. I really didn't expect to get them all, but we better get Williams.

Most of those were Taggart recruits tho. It does make me question what Michael Johnson is actually doing on the recruiting trail though...

It's disappointing but it's very believable. We lost a head coach at a terrible time. As it turns out, that head coach was the main reason a lot of those WR's wanted to come to Oregon. Combine that with a horrible showing in the bowl game and a lot of uncertainty in the offensive scheme going forward and I'm not at all surprised that we are struggling closing on these guys. I'm worried about what our offense is going forward. If I was a WR, I would certainly be hesitant committing here with so many unknowns.

Hopefully. It takes up a precious scholarship for them, though.

I'm kind of hoping this means we got both Williams and Sewell.

I guess, but we were in on so many guys and we have a pretty wide open depth chart. Not to mention these coaches went to the wire with these guys and didn't try to bring in back-ups other than Tucker. I just have to believe we are getting Williams.

Also, it looks like Teagan Q. will not sign because of his legal troubles.

It's really not sounding/looking good. If Oregon loses Winston and gets none of Williams, Sewell, Ezeike, or any DL, that would be a bad finish. I'm not sure many people who only give a cursory glance to recruiting would think Oregon did okay down the stretch. I understand it being a new staff again but there were enough staff members returning that it should really have given recruits a bit more piece of mind. it also kind of makes the whole #brOtherhood18 thing the coaches and recruits had going look like a house of cards with how easily those supposed bonds were broken.
