Not a lot of good players there, especially one that'd be a potential starter on a CFP contender.

Based on what I am hearing he is a 90% lock to Miami. Good thing for us, tackle is not a weak position for us, so getting him would just be a luxury, and an expensive one.UOducksTK1 wrote: Sun Jan 18, 2026 12:38 pm Really hope we have what it takes to get Seaton. While I like our OL, it’s lacking star power.

Sounds like LSU is doing everything they can to get him to commit while in Baton Rouge.

Based on what? If he was 90% Miami, he wouldn’t be visiting lsu and UOQuackininBama wrote: Sun Jan 18, 2026 2:41 pmBased on what I am hearing he is a 90% lock to Miami. So Brayden Platt backed up by Gavin Nix? Old school we like our young guys so we are going to play them?

Didn't see it posted in here, but Dantzler the DE from Oregon State committed to Oregon yesterday too.

With NIL money keeping upperclassmen around, the portal is mainly teams just randomly shuffling backups.

LSU is trying to claim Seaton committed but he’s also apparently still planning on visiting today.
