-WR Lavasier Tuinei verbal commit to Oregon
That is an impressive list and even more impressive if you add Gaines, Jackson, Wheaton, Johnson and maybe Hall (that may be the most WR's in the country) The Ducks could use 5 WR sets with different guys several times a game, add Boyd to Masoli, Thomas, Costa and Roper along with Blount, James, Crenshaw, Alston and Brown and the offense will be almost unstoppable. A lot of young talent on defense and a big recruiting class on defense, we could have a complete team in a couple of years (If we get rid of Alliotti) I am excited for the future of Ducks football!!!!

Several of those guys are walk-ons. I wouldn't count them.

Rory is on scholarship now. However, they reevaluate it each year so I guess he isn't absolutely guaranteed of being on scholarship next season.

I am sure if the Ducks get Gaines, Wheaton, Jackson, Johnson and Hall combined with the current guys (Holland, Maehl, Krout, Davis, Pflugrad, Harper, Cantu, Embry and the new Tuinei) we will never see any of the walk-ons unless they somehow beat these guys out.

That's a good problem to have. USC has this problem!

I'm pretty sure that if we get Gaines, jackson, wheaton johnson and hall that either johnson or hall will be moved to safety

Drew Davis got hurt in the second half of the season so I don't think he was eligible for a redshirt, if he were to suffer another season ending injury in his career he'll be able to apply for a 6th year. As for Embry I thought he didn't redshirt?? remember all those articles before the season about how he was gonna play and he would be a ST contributer (I know I never saw him on the field either).

Yes Embry played ST in all 13 games this year and I think he had one catch late in one of our blowout games. DD didn't get hurt til late so he cannot redshirt. Krout did redshirt and Cantu is a greyshirt so he'll be a true frosh this year and Jordan redshirted and will be a frosh as well.

He isn't a commit yet. Hopefully at some point he will be.
