As does Sir Mells. Those are really the only two that I've seen confirmed as signing tomorrow.

Edit: Forgot about Devon Jackson also saying he was signing.

Like most have said, if there's a year to have a small class, it's this one. Obviously, I want to hold onto the gems of the 22 class but keeping the current roster in tact and going full-steam ahead at the Class of 23 should be high on the priority list.

I'm curious what's going to happen with Michael Wooten, Ben Roberts, and Trejon Williams. Wooten is an athletic big man but much more Jaramillo than Sewell, so I wonder how hard we're recruiting him. He's a great kid who has had a lot of adversity in his young life, so I hope he lands somewhere great for him. Ben Roberts is another where I think he's more 'serviceable' than 'home run,' so I wonder how much the staff is intent on keeping him. He recently visited Nebraska. Williams, to me, is in the same category as these two, but he also has a personal connection to Don Johnson. I really hope we keep all the other players still committed.

This really sucks. We get a new coaching staff and we can't keep any of our top recruits. Almost feels like when Hufanga was going to sign with us and then when we switched coaches and he signed with another school and balled out. Tmac wasn't a local kid but was locked to sign with Mario+Oregon and not Oregon and it looks like he'll also ball out in college.

Really feels like Oregon knows this class is a wash and are just hoping they don't lose too many transfers/early Draft entries after the bowl game.

Wow, that was the class of 2014. I think he has just absolute freakish potential, and it’s disheartening to lose him this late in the process. It doesn’t matter that it wasn’t USC they’ll get great players no matter what, this is even worse that they couldn’t hold off Zona. There are so few good players left, and with our WR exodus we needed him and could have really used Darius Clemons. Lanning needed to be sitting in a lawn chair by TMac’s house instead of coaching Georgia’s defense.

In that case he’d already be picking up his first recruiting violation, since it’s a dead period and there’s no in person contact. Lanning’s coach Georgia is not impacting anything right now. He’s showing the kind of character we want from our head coach, loyalty to the kids he coached and not bailing on them for the biggest games of their career.

Good thing there is the transfer portal nowadays and one free transfer without sitting out. So he could pull a Devon Williams and still come back to us in the future when zona puts up another 1-11 season
